To Ron’s family & friends: I met Ron in college @ UNL back in the 80’s. We met through mutual friends. Most of the time I saw Ron was on TGIF night and Husker game day. He was a very nice person. Very funny and great to be around. I always got along with Ron. I moved away from Lincoln in early 1990’s and lost track of all of my friends. I’m very sorry to discover of Ron’s passing. Just wanted to leave my condolences to his family & friends. Our paths crossed and he left good memories from our time at college as friends. He always talked about family and how important they were to him. I do remember meeting his sister Anita several times on Husker game day. I’m really bummed to know that Ron has passed but definitely glad that our paths crossed. God bless you all. Sincerely an ‘ol’ college friend from the past , Rob Plaster
