Pat,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences, words cannot begin to express the sadness you are feeling right now, but I am here for you and I am praying for you to get through this. God bless you and may the soul of Richard rest in the everlasting peace of Christ Almighty.
Richard was a joy to be around and I am honored to have been a part of his life for as long as I was. You and him became family very quickly and I love you both very much. My heart breaks for you and your family right now, just remember he is at peace now and will watch over you from above. His physical presence may be gone, but he will remain in your heart forever❤

We will never forget as new members of the Optimist Club our first Memorial Day Parade with Ric. The Optimist made a float to honor our Veterans and invited many to ride on our float. Ric just procured his new prosthetic leg and we arranged for him to sit in the truck that was towing the float. All was well and we helped Ric into the truck and shut the door...which immediately flew right back open. When we realized we shut the door on his new leg we were horrified to say the least. He wasn't sure of the problem at first either, but he soon realized what the problem was and then just laughed and laughed! Taught us a lot that day about life and the love you can find in it. We will miss you, Ric. A lot. Rob and Ginger
