Honoring the achievements of life
Families trust us to create a funeral service that pays dignified tribute to the accomplishments and special interests of your loved one. Many choices are available in traditional interment, including items such as caskets that may bear the emblem of military service, or carry an image that denotes a hobby, pursuit, or profession. For those who prefer cremation, we make available all the choices that customarily accompany traditional burial, including memorial services, gatherings, and visitations. After the cremation process, the cremated remains may be kept in a beautiful urn, or in lockets for members of the family. Families often request disposal at sea, or scattering in a place that has special meaning. We are happy to answer any questions about the beautiful commemorative choices that accompany the cremation process.
After the funeral, our care for you continues
It is not at all uncommon for some family members to require a bit of additional emotional support in coping with a loss. For this reason, we are always available after the funeral to help with referrals to support groups and counselors, and to offer resources (such as books, brochures, and videos) that help the healing process begin.
The holiday season is often a difficult time for those who have suffered a loss during the year. Our Holiday Bereavement Program, in conjunction with the Holiday Memory Tree, is dedicated to the support and healing of families we have served during the year. We welcome your inquiries about the many programs available to families who are coping with grief.
Creating a lasting memorial
We are proud to offer Gemstone Monuments to families who wish to place a permanent monument for their loved one. Gemstone Monuments are created and produced here in Ohio, enabling us to supervise every step of the process. Only the finest quality granite, marble, and other types of stone are used, and we work closely with you to assure that the final design is distinctive, dignified, and appropriate.
