Private services were held on June 20,2015 for Yvonne L. Thomas,69, of Struthers who passed away at home on Thursday July 16,2015 with her family by her side. Yvonne was born on December 17,1945 in Youngstown,OH a daughter of Joseph G. and Lucille Bell Ducoeur. She lived  most of her life in Struthers and worked at Stambaugh thompsons and later was a station agent for the Erie Lakawanna Railroad in Lisbon,OH. She was of the Presbyterian faith and enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Yvonne married David L. Thomas on May 1, 1971. Besides her husband of Struthers she leaves one son Joseph L. (Valerie) Thomas of Cuyahoga,OH, one daughter Jeneen M. Thomas of Struthers,OH, one brother Raymond (Georgia) DuCoeur of West Newton,PA. Two grandchildren Lucielle and Lydia. Also family members Mary and Paul Resetar, nephew Devin (Kaley) DuCoeur and niece Danielle (Scott) Maritzer, nieces Mary and Lucy DuCoeur and great-niece Wynter. Family friends Mark Bowles and Scarlette Donahey. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents.
