Wilma also known as Billie was born on October 28,1928 in Powhatan Point,OH a daughter of Bernard E. AND Minnie V. Gray Hinerman. She moved to the area in 1945 and lived in Struthers for 50 years before moving to Columbiana in 2011. She graduated from the Leetonia High School in 1945 and worked at Listorti's Grocery Store as a cleck then at Sleighbell Nursing Home as a tech aide. Wilma attended St. James Episcopal Church in Boardman and was a memberof the American Legion Auxiliary and the Coachman Camping Club. Wilma married Jack F. Allgood in 1945 and he passed away in 2003.She leaves two sisters May M. Rakestraw of  Bridgeport, W. VA and Wanda Bowman of Columbiana, one grandchild, James Hixson and one great-grandchildren Ella Hixson , along  with several nieces and nieces and one son-in-law Melvin Hixson of Seattle, Wahington.Wilson was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son John Thomas Allgood, one daughter Frances E. Hixson and one brother Thomas R. Hinerman.
