BOARDMAN-William C. wills, 63, died Tuesday June 12, 2012. Billy was born on July 10, 1948 and is survived by a daughter Amanda. He was retired from the Falcon Foundry in Lowellville. Billy will be sadly missed by a brother, Theodore Wills and wife Monica; a sister, Roberta Colageo and husband Louis; a sister, Gretchen Stigletts and husband Kenneth; and several nieces and nephews. (Happy Fathers Day). A memorial service will be held at a later date.
