Youngstown - William C. Spencer, 76, of Youngstown died Sunday, June 8, 2025 at his residence.

William was born March 6, 1949 in Youngstown. After high school he served in the Airforce and then worked as a truck driver until he retired.  He worked on cars and it was his form of relaxation also.

William married the former Cynthia J. Simpson on April 6, 2001 and she preceded him in death on March 20, 2017.

William leaves two children Sharon Spencer, with whom he resided, Robert A. (Erin) Spencer, Jr. of Youngstown, and a grandson Corey Barninger of Youngstown and a great granddaughter Faith Barninger.

Per his wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
