Poland – Services will be held Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home 10170 Main Street New Middletown, Ohio  44442 for William H. Lennox of Poland, Ohio

He was born in Alexandria, Indiana on March 5, 1929, a son of William and Margaret Knoyer Lennox.

William married the former Patricia Gayle Niece on June 27, 1964. They were married for 60 years.

He worked at Republic Steel in Youngstown, Ohio for many years. After the mill closed, he started his own business, Lennox Construction. He was a master masonry and he built many homes in the area. He also enjoyed playing pool and cards.

William was a veteran of the Korean War who served with distinction as a tanker.

He leaves his wife Patricia Gayle Niece Lennox of Poland; one son Robert (Debbie) Lennox of Wheeling, WV; three grandchildren Jesse, David and Melissa (John) Skinner; five great grandchildren Kaden, Jesse, Jesiah, Zachary and Wesley.

William was preceded in death by his parents; one son Allan Lennox; two brother's Robert and Jim Davis; two sisters Betty Batcha and Helen Tozan.            .

Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the service on Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
