Canfield – Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 8. 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers, for Willard C. Olds, 83 who passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016 in a private airplane accident. Willard was born March 28, 1933 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Myrrell L. and Lois V. James Olds. He lived in Mahoning County all of his life, was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and served in the United States Navy. Willard owned and managed, at one time, the Southern Park Chrysler Plymouth Dealership. He was an entrepreneur and once owned the Pointview Dance Hall in Canfield. He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons, and the Grand Lodge of Ohio awarded him for his 50 years of membership. He had a love for flying and his passion was flying his own plane. He leaves one daughter, Jodie Olds (Mark) Turner of Kailua, Hawaii; one brother Donald Olds of Prescott, AZ; one sister Marilyn Coutts of Phoenix, AZ, and one grandson Tasman Turner. Willard was preceded in death by his parents. Friends may call two hours before the service on Sunday at the funeral home, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
