Services: Services will be held on Monday at noon at the Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church, 626 Wick Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio.

Visitation: Friends may call on Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers.

Youngstown-Veronica Gheorghe, 68, passed away at Hospice House in Poland on Friday afternoon. Veronica was born on June 3, 1944 in Romania, a daughter of Atanase and Maria Brasov Panaitescu. She came to America in 1984 and was employed at Brentwood Originals as a sewer. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church in Youngstown. Veronica leaves one son, Georgian (Marie) Magda of Youngstown; and two grandchildren, Loredana Manea and Jennifer Magda. She was preceded in death by her parents.
