Lowellville - Tyler J. Verhest, 26, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Wed, Nov 12, 2025 at 4:25 PМ Tyler was born on June 29, 1999, in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Virgil P. Verhest of Youngstown and Samantha A. Manda of Struthers. He was a forklift operator at Iron City Wood Products. Tyler enjoyed riding four-wheelers, fishing, being outdoors in the woods, and spending time with family. He also loved animals. Besides his parents, he leaves his son, Luca Verhest of New Middletown; his daughter, Leilani Ortiz of Sharon, PA; two brothers, Dylan Verhest of Youngstown and Anthony; his grandmother, Cindy "Ninny" Martin of Struthers; grandparents, Virgil and Christine Verhest; and his girlfriend, Allison Moschella of New Middletown. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, cousins, uncles, and aunts. Friends may call at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. The family requests that contributions be made to  to help with Tyler"s funeral expenses. .
