YOUNGSTOWN-Thomas Bruce Mulgrew, 61, died peacefully at his residence on Monday. Thomas was born on December 3, 1950 in Youngstown, a son of James and Margaret Dugas Mulgrew. He served in the Army from June of 1970 to December of 1971. He worked several years at DeBartolo Corporation and then later as a manager of the Coconut Grove in Youngstown. Thomas was an avid lover of music and played drums with several bands in the area. He was a die hard Cleveland Browns fan and loved all animals. He was one of the organizers of the South Avenue Burnout. Thomas leaves hs longtime companion. Jennifer Wolford and her family, Kimberly Wolford, Tyler Marchionda and Janet Tetinger. He leaves two brothers, James (Rumjuan) Mulgrew of Valdosta, GA and John Mulgrew of Struthers; four sisters, Michelle (Gino) Bodine of Struthers, Can (Gary Sovick) Terrago of Boardman, Melissa (Jim) DiBacco of Boardman and Danielle (David Shears) Mulgrew of Jasper, Texas;; and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you is extended to the staff of Hospice of the Valley for the kind and compassionate care they gave to Thomas.
