Services: Services will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown, Ohio.

Visitation: Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown.

POLAND - Thomas L. Baldwin, 59, passed away Wednesday evening at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Care Center. Thomas was born on July 8, 1950 in Youngstown, a son of Willard E. III and Elida A. Lehto Baldwin. He lived in the area his whole life. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War as an Electrical Mate 2nd Class on the USS Neptune and worked as a Class A electrical mechanic at the GE service shop and as a machinist at Winkle Electric where he retired from in 2004. He was of the Protestant faith. he enjoyed restoring and working on cars and was a gun enthusiast and a member of the NRA. He leaves his wife, the former, Clare Cunning, whom he married on June 15, 1985; two sons, Joseph T. Baldwin of Sandy, Utah and Vincent T. Asdel of Youngstown; and one sister, Janice E. Baldwin of Ambridge, Pa. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents.
