AUSTINTOWN - Stephen G. Joskey, 91, passed away on Thursday afternoon at Briarfield Manor in Austintown. Stephen was born in Campbell, Ohio on May 28, 1918, a son of George and Elizabeth Hisko Dosovsky. He was a crane operator at Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company and LTV Steel, retiring after 30 years. He served in the U.S. Army, 37th Divisiion, 145th Infantry, during World War II and was awarded the Bronze Star. Stephen was a member of St. Nicholas Church and served as an usher; was a member of VFW #3538 in Struthers and was past president of 37th. Division, Youngstown Chapter. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Irene Sylva and Margaret Karsnak; and his life long companion, Margaret Nemcik, who passed away on January 17, 1996
