New Middletown - Roy C. Barnard 77 passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman, Ohio on Saturday January 8, 2022.

Roy was born September 12, 1944 in Greensburg, PA, a son of James Edison and Mrs. Beckner.

Roy owned and operated a shop in Bessemer for body works.

He married Sandra Soldo Barnard on May 8, 1963.

There will be no calling hours or funeral services to be held.
