NEW MIDDLETOWN-Ronald D. Dugan, 62, of New Middletown, passed away on Saturday evening, January 5, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Campus. Ronald was born on June 27, 1950 in Youngstown, OH., a son of William J. and Mary Ulicny Dugan. He was in the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. Ronald married Beverly J. Reese on Oct. 30, 1976.
