Lisbon -A celebration of life will be held at a later date for Richard J. Moffett, 60, who died Thursday, April 23, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. Richard was born October 3, 1965, in East Liverpool a son of Roy 0. and Gloria L. Watkins Moffett, Sr. He married the former Janice R. Dornon on September 14, 1985. He worked at Custom Hydraulics until he retired in 2020. Richard loved the outdoors, gardening, golfing, building, and working on his cars. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Richard leaves his wife, Janice, his son Jared (Brittney) R. Moffett of East Liverpool, his brothers Roy 0. Moffett, Jr. of East Palestine and Shelby (Melissa) K. Moffett of Negley, his sisters Gloria (Brian) Brooks of East Liverpool, Pam (Jake) Melott of Florida, and Teresa (Mark) Light of Lisbon, and his Dogs Mocha and Kobe and grand dogs Stanley, Meka, and Paisley.
