Struthers - Philip F. Seman, 82, passed away at his home on Monday, December 8, 2008. Philip was born on January 31, 1926 in Youngstown, OH., a son of Michael and Daisy Seman. He lived in the area his whole life and worked as a millwright at the Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company and later worked for Forum Health in maintenance. He served in the marines during WWII. and was a member of St. Nicholas Church in Struthers. Besides his wife the former Mary Cap, whom he married on July 15, 1948, he leaves behind two daughters, Karen I. Ciulla of Middlefield, OH. and Lana Martinez in Wooster, OH., one sister Doris Carkido of Youngstown, and one grandchild Rachel Ann Ritz. Philip was preceded in death by his parents, one brother George Seman,one sister Mary Alice McNair and one grandchild Jessica Ritz.
