Youngstown - Patricia Ann Pacak, 63, passed away Thursday at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Patricia was born April 1, 1945 , in Youngstown, a daughter of Joseph and Betty McCoy Fox. She was a waitress. She leaves her son, Joseph (Kristen) Pacak of Coitsville; her mother, Betty McCoy of Lake Mary, Fla.; and four brothers, David A. Fox of New Middletown, Joseph D. Fox of West Minster,Colo., Richard D. Fox of Wisconsin and Patrick J. Fox of Lake Mary. Patricia was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Fox.
