Patricia D. Hoffman was born July 30, 1952, in Salem, a daughter of Willis A. and Joan M. Chew Mayberry. She lived in the area her entire life and worked as a medical biller. She passed away at Hospice House on Friday, April 27. Patricia leaves her mother,Joan Mayberry,of New Middletown, one son Scott (Emily) Hoffman of Petersburg, two step sons Thomas Hoffman of Salem and David Hoffman of Canfield, one brother Jim Mayberry of New Middletown, two sisters Nancy (Kevin) Barret and Rebecca Morain both of New Middletown and eight grandchildren. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Willis, and her sister Judy Wiles.
