Services: Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers.

Visitation: Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

BOARDMAN - Naomi Jean Long, 74, of Shepherd of the Valley, formerly of North Lima, passed away Thursday morning at the home. Naomi was born on April 9, 1937 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of Donald and Juaneta Haycook Lauffer. She lived in the area her whole life and was a machine operator for nine years at the Ampex Machine Company. She was a former member of the Brownlee Woods Presbyterian Church in Youngstown and was also a member the choir. She was a member of the United Steel Workers and served as their secretary. Naomi leaves one son, Donald (Debbi) Griffith of Osceola, WI and one daughter, Wendy Farley of Oklahoma, along with one sister, Nancy Lauffer of San Diego, CA and seven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Cynthia Wilson.
