BOARDMAN - Myrle B. Zarlengo, 85, formerly of Poland passed away Sunday at Briarfield of Boardman. Myrle was born July 31, 1926 in Youngstown, a daughter of Arthur and Anna Frech Schafer. She married Louis Gagliano on February 15,1947 and he died in Sepember, 1954; she then married William Zarlengo on August 13, 1955 and he died on September 15, 2001. She was a member of the Lowellville Methodist Church and loved spening time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Myrle leaves her son Louis (Cindy) Gagliano of Youngstown; a daughter Cheryl Gagliano of Poland; one sister, Agnes DeBernardo of Phoenix, AZ; two grandchildren, Jason Gagliano of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, where he serves in the Marines; Sarah (James) Vestal of Poland and three great grandchildren, Branson Gagliano and Leah and Ava Vestal. Myrle was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands Louis and William and three sisters, Vera Swede, Genevieve Sandora and Ida Young. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Ron Joy and Briarfield of Boardman for their kindness and care.
