Services: Services will held Monday at 11 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in New Middletown.

Visitation: Friends may call Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown and Monday at the church one hour before the service from 10 to 11 a.m.

NEW MIDDLETOWN - Mildred I. Kauffman, 90 passed away at the Masternack Memorial Nursing Home Thursday afternoon. Mildred was born June 9, 1920 in Struthers, a daugher of William L. and Nona Rohrbaugh Knight and lived most of her life in New Middletown. She was a cashier at Nemeth's for 17 years and a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the church's Altar Guild. Mildred was also a member of the VFW Post #2799 in New Springfield Triangle Post Ladies Auxiliary. Mildred married Talcott G. Kauffman, Sr. on March 16, 1946 and he passed away January 3, 1994. She leaves one son, Talcott G. (Fritz)& Greta Kauffman, Jr. of Columbiana; two daughters, M. Irene (Larry) Swantek and Susan M. (Charles) Mohn, both of New Middletown; one sister, Dolores Heberling of New Middletown; 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; husband; five brothers, Russell, Clifford, William, Simon and Kenneth Knight; five sisters, Viola Hatcher, Emma Barkley, Edna McGath, Dorothy Filek and June Barger; and one grandchild, Eric Kauffman. The family would like to thank the staff at Masternack Memorial Nursing Home for the care they gave to Mildred.
