STRUTHERS-Mary (Mayme) Elizabeth Drapp (Drabova) Hudran was born Jan. 28, 1924, to John and Mary Tirpack Drapp. She was a member,in good standing, of St. Nicholas Church in Struthers. Prior to that, she was raised a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Church. On June 12, 1948, she married her life-long love, William Bernard Hudran. their marriage was blessed with three children, William II Margaret), Barbara and Marianne (Russell) Pope. In addition to their children, Mary leaves behind in this world, her dear sister, Dorothy Hudran, four grandchildren, William III and Raymond Hudran and Russell II and Randall Pope; and three great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William; her brothers, Johnny, Andy, Steve and Edward; her loving sisters, Margaret Sharshan and Lillian Drapp; and her grandson, Johnny, who left this world as an infant angel. Interment took place at Calvary Cemetery, where she was laid to rest, next to her life's partner, William. Mayme will always be remembered most for her ability to (Feed the Multitudes), on a moments notice. Mayme always made the (Best .....), depending on who was doing the reminiscing! Her life was spent knowing, loving, and serving God first, with her devotion to being (The Best Mayme Ever!), following directly behind. Some of her last words spoken, were inquiries regarding the health of her loved ones and if they had enough to eat. An extremely strong willed person, her stubbornness and strength were an inspiration to all who were a part of her life. (Lay still your busy hands, my dear, your work in this world is done. Your spirit will dwell in our hearts forever.)
