Services: Services will be held Saturday at St. Paul the Apostle Church in New Middletown 12:30 P.M.

Visitation: Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 8 P.M. at the Clemente Funeral Home and on Saturday from noon to 12:30 P.M. at St. Paul the Apostle Church, both in New Middletown.

New Middletown - Mary A. Brentin, 93, formerly of Poland died Wednesday at the Assumption Village. Mary was born May 14, 1916 in Straband, PA, the daughter of George and Mary Jereb Ohlin. She married John W. Brentin on February 14, 1946. She lived in the area her whole life and was a homemaker and realtor with Century 21. She was a founding member of St. Paul the Apostle Church. Mary's whole life was devoted to being a wife, mother, grandmother, friend and homemaker. Her love of gardening and the outdoors was known and appreciated by all. Mary leaves two sons, Robert P. (Louise) Brentin of Midland, Mich. and John O. (Vicki) Brentin of Houston; three daughters, Anne B. (Edward) Moss of Poland, Mary Jo (Kevin) Finnerty of Poland and Janice E. (Terry) Koch of Solon; and 15 grandchildren, Stephanie, Suzie and Lindsay Brentin, Steven, Jack and Ben Brentin, Jessica, Erik and Kaitlyn Moss, Matt (Loren), Julie, Dan and Maggie Finnerty and Kristie and Katherine Koch. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John who died Sept. 9, 1999; one son, William E. Brentin; nine brothers, Frank, Joseph, Vincent, Louis, Anthony, George, John, Rudy and William; and three sisters, Helen Stebelton, Jen Daubert and small child, Anne Ohlin.
