Columbiana – Funeral Services will be on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the  Windsor House at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center Chapel 1899 W. Garfield Road, Columbiana, Ohio 44408, for Martha R. Nemet, 98, formerly of Poland, who passed away on Monday morning January 1, 2018 at Windsor House at St. Mary's Alzheimer Center.

Martha was born on October 23, 1919 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of Lewis H. and Gertrude Russel Teter.

She lived in Poland, OH and was the longest living resident of St. Mary's. She was a graduate of Chaney High School and was a homemaker. Martha was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in New Middletown, OH, and in her younger years was a volunteer at Park Vista.

Martha married Paul Nemet on September 29, 1938 and he passed away on September 6, 1983.

She leaves one daughter Ruth Ann Nemet of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin; one brother Lewis H. Teeter and several nephews.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; one brother George Teter and one sister Pearl Riebe.

Friends may call on Saturday one hour before the service from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Windsor House at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center Chapel.
