Visitation: Friends may call Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

ELLSWORTH - Martha Norieta Kerens Wehr, 75, passed away Sunday morning at Hospice House in Poland. Martha was born June 7, 1935 in Bergoo W. VA, a daughter of Ernest J. and Theta M. Cummings Haley. Martha came to this area in 1956 and to Ellsworth in 2000. She was employed as a Nanny. Martha enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren and the children she cared for. She loved the holidays and traveling. Martha married her first husband, Harold Kerens on Dec. 24, 1951, and he died on March 21, 1981; she married her current husband, Glenn L. Wehr on Aug. 12, 2000. Besides her husband, Glenn, she leaves one son, Donald (Max) Kerens of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; two daughters, Susan (Greg) Wilson of Millersburg and Mary (Tim) Woolley of Boardman; one stepson, Bruce Wehr of Ellsworth; two stepdaughters, Phyllis Rustifo of Canton and Rebecca Wehr of Akron. Martha also leaves three brothers, Robert Tripplett of Louisiana, Bill Tripplett of Bergoo, W. Va. and Jim Tripplett of Adamsville; one sister, Patty V. Riley of Tell City, Ind.; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Harold Kerens.
