Margaret was born in Youngstown a daughter of Michael E. and Catherine Miller Dugas. She married James J. Mulgrew on January 20, 1947. She was an avid bowler, loved cards, bingo and knitting and enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. Margaret leaves behind three sons James (Rumjuan) Mulgrew of Valdosta GA, John Mulgrew of Struthers, and Thomas Mulgrew of Youngstown, four daughters Michele (Gino) Bodine of Struthers, Catherine (Cam) (Gary Sovick) Terrago of Poland, Melissa (Jim) DiBacco of Boardman and Danielle (David Shears) Mulgrew of Jasper, TX, one sister Barb Opritza of Struthers, eleven grandchildren Christina Lyles, James Mulgrew III,Nathaniel Mulgrew, Samuel Mulgrew, Matthew Mulgrew, Jan Salsedo, Jason Mulgrew, Carie Snyder, Ashley Hackett, Brian DiBacco, Andria DiBacco and 12 great grandchildren. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband James died January 27, 1982, two brothers Robert Bohl and Michael Dugas, and one sister Jane Fauls.
