Youngstown - Loretta D. Riebe passed away on May 9, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 2, 1950 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Clifford and Berylene Goodwin who preceded her in death. Loretta married Dale Riebe on July 30th 1991 in Youngstown, Ohio who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children; John and (Pearl) Peterson, Donna and (Paul) Popovich, Darla and (Ed) Smith, Dottie and (Ken) Earwood, Doreen and (Dan) Sahli. As well as her siblings; Phyllis and (Steven) Vivod, Les and (Cheri) Goodwin, Brenda and (Tim) Gore, and Jan Carter, her best friend for many years. In addition, she is survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Loretta was a talented crafter for over 30 years and owned her own business, Red's Crafty Creations. She could make anything she put her mind to, from lamp posts, to beautiful ribbons, to flower arrangements, to her infamous grinches. She also loved being outdoors, whether that be growing produce in her garden, planting flowers and herbs, or watching the birds as they visited on her bird feeders. When she wasn't outside, she was watching her favorite westerns no matter how many times she'd seen them. She adored spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family of any kind whenever she could, however she could. Family was the most important part of life to her and will be remembered dearly for all the love she had to share. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A gathering of family and friends will be held 11 a.m. to 1:00 pm at Clemente Funeral Home at 700 5th Street Struthers, Ohio 44471 on May 21st, 2024.

Interment Services will follow at Green Haven Memorial Gardens 3495 S Canfield-Niles Rd Canfield, OH 44406
