Bradenton, Florida – Lois L. Bowdich, 94, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Bay Vue Rehabilitation Center in Bradenton, Florida.

Lois was a long time resident of New Middletown, Ohio.

Lois was born February 4, 1924 in Cairo, West Virginia to Zelma (Schooley) Schoolcraft and Bill Calvert. Lois was a retired registered nurse serving for many years at Woodside and Northside Hospitals.

Lois is survived by two children, Karyn Hascal of Louisville, KY and Jeff Bowdich of New Boston, MI; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial will be held at the Petersburg Cemetery on September 29, 2018 at noon.

The family has requested any remembrances be directed to the local Hospice organization.

Arrangements were handled by the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers, Ohio.
