Visitation: Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

BEAUMONT, TX. - Leroy H. Grantz, Sr. 82, passed away Friday, April 22, 2011 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, TX. Lee was born on April 5, 1929 in Girard, a son of Grover and Elizabeth Coudriet Grantz. He married Theresa Pannunzio on July 16, 1949. He was a barber for 25 years, operating his own shop in McDonald. He also pursued careers in auctioneering, real estate and home building. He was a previous member of St. Nicholas Church in Struthers and the Knights of Columbus. Lee leaves behind his son, Lee J. Jr. and wife, Terry Grantz of Lumberton, TX, a daughter Debbie Grantz Wolf and her husband Greg Wolf of Centerville, OH and four grandchildren zackary and Dr. Kimberly Wolf and Lee J. III and Lacey Grantz. Lee was preceded in death by his wife Theresa who died July 21, 2003, three brothers, James, Edward (Dobie) and Robert and three sisters, Ida Johnston, Lauretta Mantz and Elizabeth Morris.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to cancer research or hospice.
