Services: A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in New Middletown.

Visitation: Friends may call Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown and from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church, one hour prior to the mass.

NEW MIDDLETOWN - Kathleen A. Anzelmo, 69, of Boardman passed away Tuesday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Kathleen was born on February 5, 1943, in Youngstown a daughter of Vito and Marie Kosco Desimone. She worked as a nurse at the Youngstown Hospital Association for over 30 years. Kathleen leaves two sons Michael Anzelmo of Canton and Paul Anzelmo of Lake Isabella, CA, three daughters Francine (Edward) Tabaka of New Middletown, Ann Marie (William) Chase of Girard, Joelle (William) Hatala, Jr. of Austintown and 5 grandchildren, Niki Anzelmo of Boardman, with whom she lived, Jaclyn Tabaka of New Middletown, John Bartoletti, III of Girard, Jillian Tabaka of New Middletown and Maia Hatala of Austintown. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Anthony.
