STRUTHERS - John D. (Froggy) Lochrane, 59, of Struthers passed away Tuesday at Select Specialty Hospital in Warren. John was born April 28, 1952 in Youngstown, a son of John and Jean Leckie Lochrane. John leaves his two sons, John of Struthers and Robert of Boardman; a daughter Brandy (Brian) Lewis of Boardman; three sisters, Jean (Joseph) Babyak of Boardman, Anna (John) Ramun of Poland, Mary Lochrane of Struthers and six grandchildren, Breanna, Samantha, Isabella and Rob Lochrane, Jr., Demetrius Chomczyk and Emily Lewis. John was preceded in death by his parents and a son Joseph who died July 17, 2002.
