Poland – Jeffrey J. Moorhead passed away July 26, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family. A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, August 3, at 10:00 am at St. Dominic Catholic Church at 77 East Lucius Avenue in Youngstown 44507. Afterwards, there will be a luncheon and celebration of Jeff’s life at the St. Dominic Parish Center.

Jeffrey was born on October 3, 1956; a son of Robert E. and Lois Riddle Moorhead. A lifelong resident of Youngstown where he worked as a carpenter, an advocate for children, and as a property manager.

In February of 1977, he married Michelle Tobias, his high school sweetheart. They were forever in love and spent their lives building and raising a loving family.

Jeffrey leaves his wife, Michelle, his sons Jeremy (Gina) Moorhead of Sykesville, MD and Joshua Moorhead of Fort Worth, TX, his daughter Myriah (Evan) Moorhead – Kegel of Sewickley, PA, his sister Suzanne (Howard) Hallas of Ashtabula, OH and sisters-in-law Jody Moorhead of Houston, TX and Debbie Smith of Tallmadge, OH. He leaves behind eight grandchildren: Maribelle, Luciana, Gemma, Gracelynn, Emarie, Layla, Raphael and Laurel. He also leaves many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a great-great niece along with sisters and brothers-in-law - all of whom he cherished.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, one of whom was his identical twin. Jeffrey was looking forward to reuniting with them.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Ohio Living Hospice for the compassionate care Jeffrey received over the last several months.

Friends may call at Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers on Sunday, August 2, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
