Youngstown - A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 6:00 p.m., September 25, 2015, at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers for Jeffrey F. Farnic, 55, who passed away at Trumbull Memorial Hospital on Monday morning, September 21, 2015. Jeffrey was born February 15, 1960 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Frank T. and Angeline Koscak. He lived in the area his entire life and worked at Polaris Windows for 17 years. He was of the Catholic Faith, and a former member of the Struthers Eagles #213. Jeff was an avid golfer, bowler and enjoyed playing bingo. He was also a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan. Jeffrey leaves his mother and his brother Fred Farnic, both of Youngstown. He was preceded in death by his father. The family wishes to thank the White Oak Manor staff for the care they showed Jeff. Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
