Services: Services will be held Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Petersburg Presbyterian Church visitation from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.,one hour prior.

Visitation: Friends may call Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown.

NEW MIDDLETOWN - Jean M. Sheets, 91, of New Middletown passed away Tuesday at the Hospice House in Poland. Jean was born June 10, 1919 in Youngstown, a daughter of Roy and Mary Sprott Garside. She worked in Audit Control at Strouss and McKelvey's and married Charles L. Sheets on August 10, 1946. She was a member of Petersburg Presbyterian and served as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher. Jean leaves her daughter Dara Cox of New Middletown, a granddaughter, Lori Ann (David) Kimpton of Boardman and a great grandson David Charles Kimpton. She also leaves 20 nieces and 16 nephews spanning three generations and two sisters-in-law. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles who died February 15, 1991, an infant brother, a sister Shasta McKim and a stepfather Lloyd Schnable. Jean's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Hospice House for the loving care they provided.
