Petersburg – A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016 at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown for James E. Holland, 70, who passed away on  Sunday evening at home. James was born on October 22, 1946 in Akron, Ohio, a son of James N. and Edna M. Hilton Holland. He lived in the area his whole life and worked for 40 years as an Operating Engineer through Local #66. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Marines. James married the formerly Beverly A. Leipply on June 6, 1974. Besides his wife Beverly, he leaves one son, Mathew J. (Kristen) Holland of Liberty, PA; one daughter Kimberlee A. (Clifton) Lambert of East Palestine, OH; three brothers, John Holland of Hubbard, OH, William Holland of Brooksville, Florida and David (Lorna) Holland of Mims, Florida; five grandchildren, Skyler, Gavin and Piper Clifton; Haley and Riley Holland. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home
