Visitation: Friends may call from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. before the service at Clemente Funeral Home in Stuthers on Tuesday.

James was born on October 12, 1955 in Butler, Pa. a son of John P. Heck and Dorothy Sedoris. He lived in the area his whole life and was a laborer at V & M Star in Girard. He was also a social member of the VFW Post #93. He enjoyed playing cards and bowling and football. He leaves behind his mother of Columbiana, Ohio, one brother Russell (Judy) Heck of Youngstown and three sisters Elaine (Roy) Toney of Girard, Oh., and Wendy (David) Kishton of Youngstown, Oh., and Charlene (Lee) Williams of Poland, Oh. He also leaves behind his former wife Linda Webb,two sons,seven grandchildren, his companion Donna Harris and many nieces and nephews.
