Youngstown – Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers for Jack M. Wormley, 83, formerly of Struthers who passed away on Wednesday February 12, 2025 at Park Vista of Youngstown.

Jack was born October 16, 1941 in Youngstown, Ohio a son of Myron A. and Esther E. Cleverly Wormley.

He lived in the area his whole life and was owner and operator of Wormley Plumbing.

Jack married the former Edith A. "Dee" McIntire on August 11, 1962 and she passed away on April 16, 1999.

He leaves two sons, Jeffrey T. (Cheryl)Wormley and Greggory S. (Tammie) Wormley, both of Struthers, OH; also four grandchildren, Hannah, Christine, Kelsey and Kegan.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Edith and one grandchild Brenden.

Friends may call at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers two hours before the service on Monday February 17, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
