Services: Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul the Apostle Church in New Middletown, with visitation from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the church.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown.

NEW MIDDLETOWN - Irene H. Kuderca, 74, passed away Saturday morning at her home in New Middletown after battling cancer. Irene, known as (I) by all who knew her, was born Feb. 24, 1935 in Poland, Ohio, a daughter of John and Mary Chromc Dubec and was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the church and had been a homemaker. She was a graduate of Springfield High School in 1953. She married Frank Kuderca on May 19, 1956 and he passed away on August 9, 2008. Irene had belonged to several gyms in the area, where she enjoyed socializing with other members. She had also enjoyed traveling to New York City during the Christmas season, a trip she had made with her daughter for over 20 years. She also loved her kitty, Smokey, and all pets in general and she was an avid Bob Dylan fan. She leaves her daughter, Susie Kuderca of Boardman; a brother, John Dubec of Poland; and two sisters, Mary Romanko of Youngstown and Frances Chaszeyka of New Springfield.
