New Middletown – A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, February 26, at 11:00 am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in New Middletown for Genevieve Rock, 79, who died Wednesday, February 21, at the Hospice House surrounded by her family.

Genevieve was born November 18, 1944, in Youngstown a daughter of Sam and Genevieve Ravotti.

She graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in 1963 and married Robert Michael Rock on August 22, 1964.  She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.  Genevieve enjoyed camping, traveling, and gambling. Her greatest love is God and her family.  Her favorite place to go with her family is Disney World.

Genevieve leaves her husband, Robert, two sons Robert Rock, Jr. of North Lima and Michael (Cheryl) Rock of Boardman, a daughter Tracy Rock of Poland, ten grandchildren Sarah Phibbs, Katie Silone, Robby Rock, Michael Rock, Marisa Rock, Eric Rock, Alexander Kerchum, Lorraine Price, Tiffany Davis, and Christopher Kerchum, and twelve great grandchildren Gavin, Gianna, Ben, Arianna, Delilah, Robby, Nicholas, Oliver, Aria, Logan, Brian, and Aubrey.

Friends may call at St. Paul the Apostle Church at 10143 Main Street in New Middletown 44442, prior to the mass on Monday, February 26, from 9:00 am to 10:45 am.
