NEW MIDDLETOWN- Gary P. "Pappy" Frye, 66, of New Middletown passed away on Wednesday morning  at the St. Elizabeth Health Center. Gary was born May 30, 1948 in Greensburg, PA, a son of Robert Eugene and Gladys Allenbaugh Frye. He has been a local resident for the last 22 years   and was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and worked as a truck driver for Dart Trucking Company. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, especially watching their sport events. Gary leaves one son Gary P. (Adona) Frye, Jr. of New Middletown; two daughters, Deanna (Chad) Moss of Hubbard, OH, and Belinda (Tony) Vavlas of Campbell, OH; one brother Robert (Kay) Frye of Florida and five grandchildren, Lauren, Sammy, Holly, Luke and Alexys. Friends may call on Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown. As per Gary's request there will be no funeral service.
