Services: Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul the Apostle Church in New Middletown.

Visitation: Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m Sunday at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown, and one hour prior to the services at the church.

Boardman - Edward T. Simchick Edward T. Simchick, 84 of Boardman, passed away Friday morning at the Hospice House in Poland. Edward was born December 29, 1923 in Youngstown, a son of Thomas and Josephine Kotwica Szymczyk and lived in the area his entire life. He graduated with a business degree from Youngstown State University and had worked for several area food brokers retiring in 1985. Besides his wife, the former Natalie Margol whom he married June 5, 1948, he leaves three daughters, Melanie (Bruce) Kircher of Cincinnati, Lorelei (Wilson) Owen of Charlotte, Tennessee and Rosalind (Gary) Evans of New Middletown; a brother Rudy (Betty) of Campbell; a sister, Eleanor (Nick) Mistovich of Campbell; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Edward was preceded in death by two sister, Florence Janosa and Mary Mady, as well as three brothers, John, Julius and Stanley are deceased.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests material contributions take the form of donations to the Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Rd., Poland, Ohio 44514 or St. Paul the Apostle Church in New Middletown.
