STRUTHERS - Services will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown for Edward M. "Teddy" Noel, 60, of Struthers, who passed away at his home on Thursday evening. Teddy was born on May 19, 1954 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Edward R. and Joan E Biroschak Noel. He lived in the area his whole life and was a bricklayer. He was an avid golfer and bowler and was the president of his bowling league, the North Jackson Car Care. Teddy was also a member of the Bricklayers Local #8. Teddy leaves his companion of 11 years, Patty Carbon, with whom he made his home, and one brother, Mark (Helen) Noel of New Middletown; two nieces and one nephew, Melissa (Troy) Haire, Leah (Mike) Krohn and Marky Noel. He was preceded in death by his parents,  and a brother Raymond Noel. Friends may call on Wednesday, three hours before the service, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown.
