Youngstown – A private Byzantine Catholic service was held Friday, May 10, at Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers for Edna M. Bellatto, 92, who died Monday, May 6, at Willow Woods Nursing Home.

Edna was born October 31, 1931, in Wooster, OH, a daughter of Clifford Earl and Louella Marie Johnson Fry.

She married Carl Bellatto on April 15, 1950.

Edna worked in the kitchen at the Willow Creek Learning Center.

Edna leaves three daughters Debra Babik of Leetonia, Patricia (Scott Brown) Silsbe of Berlin Center, and Tammy (Dan) Bruno of Youngstown ,  five sisters Vicky, Mary, Jeanie, Cathy and Diane, six grandchildren Raymond (Amy) Babik, Bill Babik, Dan Babik, Toni Bellatto, Casey Bellatto and Sarah Littlepage, and eleven great grandchildren Alexis Babik, Wyatt Babik, Blaine Babik, Rick Whorley, Lucas Whorley, Jessica Whorley, Brandon Babik, Larena Babik, Bruce Babik, Cameron Bellatto, and Ahmya Mason.

Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, who died July 3, 2008, her son David Bellatto, her daughter Carly Mullins, and her granddaughter Traci Bellatto.
