Services: Services will be Thursday, Jan. 10th. at 9:30 a.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers and a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the Holy Family Church in Poland.

Visitation: Friends may call on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers.

AUSTINTOWN-Dorothy M. Geltch, 92, formerly of Canfield, passed away Saturday afternoon at Briarfield Manor Assisted Living. Dorothy was born Jan.4,1921 in Struthers, a daughter of Martin and Vivian Prather Kelly. She lived in the area her whole life and was a homemaker. She was a graduate of the Struthers High School Class in January of 1940. She was a member of Holy Family Church and was a previous member and officer of the Holy Family Seniors, St. Nicholas Seniors and The Royals Senior Group. Dorothy married John M. Geltch on Sept. 7, 1940, and he passed away May 13, 1982. She leaves two daughters, Geraldine Hallahan of Lexington, Ky. and Judy Codespote of Canfield; a sister Johanna Bolina of North Lima; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Fran Geltch of Canfield. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, John C. Geltch; two sisters, Eileen Carney and Mary Hough; and one grandchild, Marla Marie Codespote. The family would like to thank the staff of Briarfield Manor for the excellent care given to Dorothy during her stay at the Manor. They also would like to thank the Hospice of the Valley Nurses, volunteers and the Chaplain.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family would like material contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market Street, Boardman, OH 44512.
