Visitation: Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home in New Middletown, two hours before the service.

NEW MIDDLETOWN Delores Marie Polonus,85, passed away Tuesday at her residence. She loved the Lord with all her heart and now is in heaven. Delores was born in Wheeling, W.VA. on March 15, 1928, a daughter of Hugo and Gertrude Weber Siegwart. She married Fred Norman Polonus on Nov. 22, 1964. She was a member of the Old Springfield United Church of Christ. Delores leaves her son, David (Kimberly) Polonus of New Middletown; two daughters, Joy Ann (Lee William) Yeager of Austintown and Karen Lynn Huskins of New Middletown; one sister, Arlene Udvarnoki of Florida; and 14 grandchildren, Billy and Stephen Stiles, Ricky and Jessica Huskins, David, Donald, Amanda, Dianna, Joshua and Kristin Yeager and David, Daniel, Samuel, and Benjamin Polonus. Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Fred, who died May 5, 2002; two brothers, Donald and Bob: and six sisters, Viola, Gertrude, Harriet, Dorothy, Bertha and Edith.
