New Springfield – David E. Miller, 59, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 31.

David was born in Youngstown on December 24, 1959, a son of Bill and Mary Miller.

He graduated from New Springfield High School.

He was formerly married to Susan A. Seltzer of East Palestine.

David worked as an HVAC heating and cooling contractor for D.E. Miller Heating and Cooling.

David leaves one son David W. Miller of New Springfield; one daughter Samantha A. Miller of East Palestine; two brothers Dale Miller of New Springfield and Dean Miller of Pulaski, PA; one sister Kathleen Carter of Youngstown and one granddaughter Lilith Miller-Wilson. David also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and his life long best friend Randy Woods (Woodsy).

David was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Eddy Miller.

There will be a memorial-benefit held, date to be announced.
