Youngstown – Cynthia J. Spencer 60 passed away on Monday evening March 20, 2017 at home.Cynthia was born September 10, 1956 in Youngtown, Ohio, a daughter of Robert G. and Patricia Jones Simpson.

She lived in the area her whole life and worked at Walgreens in Poland. She loved animals, especially her two cats.

Cynthia married Bill C. Spencer on April 6, 2001.

Besides her husband, she leaves one son Robert A. Spencer of Youngstown and one brother Tommy (Linda) Simpson of Austintown.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Clemente Funeral Home in Struthers, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There will be no services.

The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Valley for the care and compassion they showed to Cynthia.
