Sr. and Norma M. Clark Schaffer. He moved to this area 15 years ago and worked as a tradesman. Charles leaves behind his mother Norma Schaffer of Belleview, FL.; a daughter Danielle J. (Eric) Cullen of McKees Rock, PA; and a brother Pastor Norman L. (Terri) Schaffer of Belleview, FL. He was preceded in death by his father and a son Charles N. Schaffer.
